COURSE: Asset Protection (3 Hours Legal Issues)

In this course, students will learn everything a real estate agent needs to know about the purpose of Asset Protection. This includes learning how to protect as much property as possible from future liabilities. Attendees will also learn concepts and proven strategies to protect personal, family and business assets and to avoid common asset protection mistakes, especially those known as “Estate planning” or “elderly” mistakes.
