In this course, students will gain practical knowledge and learn the basics of how Foreclosure, Receiverships, Partition Actions and Bankruptcy can affect Realtors and real estate transactions including speedbumps that can cause a delay in closing. This includes learning about examples, cases and understanding the practical implications of these areas so that Realtors can better understand how to work with distressed sellers.

As the 2019 Commercial Network Chairman for SEVRAR, Mark Winsor will also use examples that will emphasize commercial real estate.
