Albert J. Higgins is a Prosperity Attorney serving clients in the West Phoenix Valley area as well the Northern Arizona area in Prescott. His practice emphasizes all areas of business transactional law, as well as Trust law, Real Estate law, and Privacy law. Prior to joining Winsor & Higgins, PLC Albert served as CFO of an Arizona dental company. He managed and oversaw four offices in Northern Arizona, and was primarily responsible for developing and implementing business models for dental practice expansion through licensing and franchising.

Albert graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University earning a certificate in Law, Science and Technology. He also graduated from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University earning his MBA with a concentration in Management of Technology and Innovation. There he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for achieving Highest Academic Achievement Honors in graduating top 5% of his class.
