COURSE NAME: Are You Being Fair? (3 Fair Housing)
The goal of this course is that the student will understand Fair Housing Acts and the effect it has on real estate today and so they are able to better protect their client in regards to discrimination and make the value of fairness and equality part of their work ethic.
