This course will educate the students/agent on the facts of Respa (Real Estate Settlement Procedures). Federal Fair Housing Act and how they are applied to the Real Estate Industry. Participants will also learn how the Realtor Code of Ethics and Arizona Commissioner Standards compare to the federal laws and how to proactively promote them in their business.
